Quill Forms Pro extends Quill Forms, a WordPress builder for conversational forms, surveys, and quizzes. Present questions in sequence for lead generation, feedback, quizzes, registrations, applications, and other structured data collection. The drag-and-drop editor lets you arrange questions, while themes control fonts, colors, and backgrounds. Custom CSS works with further styling.

Core blocks include Welcome Screen, Date, Email, Dropdown, Multiple Choice, Statement, Range Slider, Website, Short Text, and Long Text. The Group block puts multiple questions on one page. Manage entries in the dashboard and set email notifications to send submission data after completion.

Collect responses and shape the route

Pro adds File Upload, Phone, Opinion Scale, Rating, Date Calendar Picker, and Signature blocks for workflows that need files, contact details, ratings, dates, or signed responses. Jump Logic sends respondents along various paths according to their answers. The calculation engine supports calculated results. Partial submission tracking and drop-off rate analysis display where respondents leave. Hidden fields, custom URL parameters, and UTM tracking provide ways to connect entries with their source or campaign information.

Take payments and connect services

Payment forms can use Stripe Checkout or Elements, PayPal, Authorize.net, Square, Mollie, Razorpay, 2Checkout, or BTCPay Server. Discount coupons are also supported.

CRM integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Freshsales, Salesflare, Capsule, Bitrix24, Pipedrive, Keap, and Nethunt. Email marketing connections include MailChimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, Sendinblue, MailPoet, GetResponse, AWeber, ActiveCampaign, Moosend, CleverReach, FluentCRM, EmailOctopus, Drip, Mautic, and MailerLite.

Track activity and connect WordPress

Google reCAPTCHA and form access restrictions provide security options. Tracking integrations include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel. Advanced WordPress integration supports visitor registration, advanced post creation, and ACF.

1. Install Quill Forms in WordPress and create a form in the editor.
2. Select the blocks, theme, logic, payment options, or integrations needed for the process.
3. Configure results and connected services.
4. Embed the finished form using the available WordPress integration or the iframe option for a supported page builder.
