Field types and display rules
Choose from 19 field types: Text, Textarea, Number, Checkbox, Radio Buttons, Select, File Upload, Date Picker, Time Picker, Week Picker, Color Picker, Email, Phone, URL, Password, Country, Search, and Range. Set field titles, labels, placeholders, default values, display positions, priorities, and custom CSS classes.
Conditional rules can show fields according to the selected product or category. Quantity-based conditions let the requested information depend on the quantity selected. Mark fields as required when customers must provide an answer, and customize the validation message shown when a required field is empty.
Order details and uploaded documents
Customer responses are saved with the WooCommerce order for staff to review during processing. Uploaded files can also be attached to order emails, making submitted artwork or other files available alongside the order information.
Made-to-order products
Use fields to collect engraving instructions, personalization text, dates, contact details, or customer notes. The plugin may suit stores selling personalized gifts, engraved accessories, printed clothing, custom cakes, business cards, stationery, photo printing, made-to-order furniture, signage, and other products that need extra information.
Set up product fields
After installing and activating Product Input Fields for WooCommerce Pro, make global fields or add fields to individual products. Choose each field type, configure its label and display settings, then add required validation or conditional rules where needed. Review the product page and a test order to check how submitted details and uploaded files appear.
