Build and organize product forms
Available fields include text, number, radio, checkbox, select, textarea, date, color, hidden, password, email, URL, and separator. Email and URL fields use HTML5 format validation. Date fields can use a custom picker or the browser's default picker, and the standard color field uses the browser's color picker.
Arrange fields in a two-column grid, or add paragraph and heading content for instructions with basic HTML such as links and bold text. Assign the form to the relevant product after creating it.
Set settings, prices, and uploads
Premium pricing fields can use fixed amounts, percentages of the product's base price, or formulas based on customer input, product quantity, and base price. Lookup tables can map input values to prices. A supported Premium process calculates prices from product dimensions.
- Use conditional logic to display or hide fields based on values selected in other fields.
- Offer single or multiple picture selections, color groups, custom date and date-time pickers, a time picker, or a custom color picker. The selected custom color is stored as a hex color value.
- Collect customer files with upload fields, including drag-and-drop uploads and AWS S3 options. Supported large-file upload methods include S3 Multipart and Tus.
- Add product choices as fields, individual quantities, range sliders, repeating fields, or dynamic SKU metadata based on selected options.
- Use accordion sections or a multi-step layout with progress indicators to organize longer forms. Tooltips and help text can explain individual fields.
- A place selector can suggest locations as clients type and allow map selection.
Check product requirements
Product option fields show only when the product is purchasable, has a price, and is in stock. If fields do not appear, check that the form is assigned to the product and that these product conditions are met. Duplicate fields can also relate to an older WooCommerce version or an outdated WooCommerce template in the theme.
