Kali Forms Pro for WordPress Forms and Workflows

Kali Forms Pro extends the drag-and-drop Kali Forms builder for WordPress. Start with a blank form or adapt a template, then adjust its fields and behavior for contact, payment, feedback, booking, application, and other data-collection tasks. Forms are designed to show on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.

Choose a template for the form's purpose

Pro adds 13 templates: job application, appointment, customer feedback, art contest, gaming tournament registration, GDPR-friendly contact, running calculator, donation, request quote, reservation, gym membership application, simple booking, and simple booking with payment.

• Applications and events: Collect job or gym membership applications, gaming tournament registrations, or art contest entries.
• Scheduling and bookings: Use the appointment form to schedule a call or meeting, the reservation form as a hotel example, or the simple booking forms for venue bookings. The simple booking calendar disables dates selected previously to help avoid overlapping bookings.
• Payments and feedback: The donation form accepts donations through PayPal. The simple booking form with payment can be used to book a hotel room and accept PayPal payments. A customer feedback form gathers suggestions, while a request quote form provides a gardening-services example.
• Specialized forms: The running calculator handles pace, time, and distance. The GDPR-friendly contact template includes a checkbox users can use to confirm agreement with the website's terms or privacy policy.

Each template is a starting point that can be modified for the site's needs.

Build more involved form flows

Conditional logic controls form behavior, and multi-page forms divide longer flows into sections. Pro also supports the partial entries and submission handling add-on for working with submissions.

Spam and service options

Kali Forms uses a spam honeypot and is designed to work with Google reCAPTCHA. Cloudflare Turnstile is another supported spam protection option. When reCAPTCHA or Turnstile is enabled, submitting a protected form sends the verification token and the site's secret key to that service. If Akismet is enabled, submission details, including the website URL, user IP address, visitor agent, referrer, and form values such as name, email, and message, are sent to Akismet for spam checking.

Optional email providers, including Postmark, SMTP.com, Brevo, and Mailgun, are contacted when configured to send form notifications. Notification content can include recipient and sender details, the subject and message, reply-to addresses, and attachments. PayPal's SDK loads when a form uses PayPal payment fields; payment data passes between the visitor's browser and PayPal.

Create and add a form

Install and activate Kali Forms Pro in WordPress, then open the Kali Forms builder. Choose a Pro template or start from scratch, adjust the fields and form behavior, and add the completed form to your website. Before accepting submissions, review the settings for any spam protection or optional services used by the form.
