WP All Export - User Export Add-On Premium

WP All Export - User Export Add-On Premium works with WP All Export to make files from selected WordPress user entries. Choose the fields and visitors to include, then export to CSV, Excel (.xls or .xlsx), or XML for spreadsheets, reports, migrations, or external processes. Premium capabilities require premium versions of both WP All Export and the User Export Add-On. The free add-on exports standard user fields to CSV or simple XML.

Prepare fields and values

Use the drag-and-drop interface to select export columns and arrange their order. Rename fields, combine values, or create fields with embedded functions. Conditional logic and PHP snippets can modify user data as the export is generated. With both premium products, exports can include custom fields added by third-party plugins when those fields are present in user records.

Filter the user records

Build filters from more than 30 user fields, including fields added by third-party add-ons. Nested conditions let you combine rules, such as Condition A OR (Condition B AND Condition C), to choose the users for an export. Without filters, the export includes all users in the WordPress database.

Choose a format and process

• Create CSV files for spreadsheets and general data handling.
• Export to Excel in .xls or .xlsx format.
• Build simple XML files or tailor advanced XML feeds.
• Send export data through PHP functions before generating the file.

Run exports on demand or schedule them using server cron jobs or the plugin interface's automatic scheduling service. Zapier connects exports with external applications. For bulk changes, export selected users, edit the file in a spreadsheet, then import the changes back into WordPress with WP All Import. Premium users can email technical questions to support.

Install and execute an export

Install and activate WP All Export and the User Export Add-On. In WordPress, go to All Export > New Export and choose Users. Select and arrange fields, add filters if needed, choose CSV, Excel, or XML, then run the export. For recurring exports, configure a schedule after completing the export settings.
