FlexTable Pro: How Google Sheets Data Appears in WordPress

Keep data in Google Sheets and select how it appears

Connect a Google Sheets spreadsheet and create a WordPress table from its data. Changes in the linked sheet can be reflected automatically, so you can maintain information there without repeatedly entering it in the WordPress dashboard. Tables can present product comparisons, directories, schedules, catalogues, reports, and other structured information.

Publish tables on a page or post

Add a table with its generated shortcode, the Gutenberg table block, or the Elementor table widget. Choose the method that fits the page-building workflow you use.

Style and format the table

Import styles from the connected sheet, including cell background and font colour, font size, font weight, font family, and other spreadsheet styling. FlexTable Pro also includes six premium table themes and a theme builder for reusable themes. Theme options let you personalise header, body, and border colours. Custom CSS can style the table or surrounding page, and the CSS applies to the site front end.

For various screen sizes, choose a default, collapsible, or scrollable responsive style. Vertical scrolling and a sticky header are available for longer tables. Pagination can use one of five themes.

Export and manage table data

Export data as CSV, Excel, PDF, or JSON, or use the print and copy options. Tab management offers one place to manage tables from multiple sheets.

Other available options include links and images from URLs in the sheet, sorting, search, merged cells, caching, asynchronous loading, response-time settings, and multisite use.

  1. Install FlexTable Pro in WordPress and activate it.
  2. Connect a Google Sheets spreadsheet and create a table.
  3. Configure the table's appearance and show options.
  4. Insert its generated shortcode, or use the Gutenberg block or Elementor widget on the chosen page or post.
  5. Publish the table and maintain source data in the connected sheet.
