AliNext Pro: AliExpress Catalog and Order Tools for WooCommerce

AliNext Pro is the paid edition of AliNext for managing AliExpress products in WooCommerce. It works with direct dropshipping, where store orders can be sent to AliExpress for fulfillment, and affiliate listings, where shoppers follow affiliate links and complete purchases on AliExpress.

Import and prepare products

Find products with advanced search or import them by URL, product ID, category, seller store page, or the optional Chrome add-on. Pro supports CSV bulk loading and mass imports, plus automatic mapping from AliExpress categories to WooCommerce categories. Before publishing, edit product titles, descriptions, attributes, and variants. Phrase filters can remove unwanted text from product content and reviews.

Manage pricing, listings, and reviews

Set catalog pricing rules with fixed markups, percentages, or formulas, and apply rules to existing products. Pro can include shipping costs in pricing and randomize stock levels. Automatic product synchronization updates prices, stock, and product details from AliExpress.

• Import and synchronize customer reviews with ratings and images, then translate reviews into multiple languages.

Connect shipping and order processes

Connect an AliExpress account through the API to place and synchronize orders. Pro supports automated order fulfillment, order update synchronization, and unlimited API operations for order placement and sync. You can load and synchronize shipping data, select the cheapest or default shipping option automatically, customize order status mapping, and add order notes. Customer data can be transliterated for checkout compatibility. Tracking numbers from AliExpress updates are attached to WooCommerce orders, and email alerts cover failed imports, API errors, and order issues.

Choose dropshipping or affiliate listings

For dropshipping, customers order through WooCommerce and Pro can submit those orders to AliExpress with shipping data for delivery to the customer. For affiliate listings, products can include links to the AliExpress Affiliate Program. Shoppers complete the purchase on AliExpress, which handles payment and fulfillment; commissions are credited to the affiliate account.

Staff access controls let store teams manage the add-on with permissions. Pro also includes priority support for setup questions, failed imports, API errors, and order issues.

Setup requirements

1. Install WooCommerce and the AliNext plugin in WordPress.
2. Install and activate AliNext Pro.
3. Connect the required AliExpress account through the API.
4. Import products individually, by CSV, or in bulk.
5. Configure pricing, filtering, shipping, synchronization, and order options.

PHP 8.0 or higher is required. An AliExpress API connection is required to place and synchronize orders.
