Campaigns and donation forms
Create unlimited campaigns with fundraising goals, live progress, statuses, featured pictures, a default donation form, and a dedicated page. Eight templates cover appeals such as animal rescue, disaster relief, education, faith, and medical support. Campaign pages can show progress, statistics, recent donations, donor lists and comments, social sharing, and a donation button.
Forms can offer preset amounts with descriptions or a custom amount field. Field options include text, email, number, phone, address, URL, dropdown, checkbox, and donor comments. Set required fields, validation rules, and input masks; donors can give anonymously, cover processing fees, and provide optional privacy consent. Form styling includes colors, backgrounds, spacing, and border radius, with a live preview. Duplicate forms and place them with blocks or the [suredonation_form] shortcode.
Payments and donor records
Accept card donations through Stripe in test or live mode, PayPal through sandbox or live mode, and offline donations by bank transfer or check with custom instructions and manual completion. Stripe and PayPal support dashboard refunds. Fee recovery can use a global rate or rates set per gateway. Server-side checks validate donation amounts and form fields, and test-mode donations are excluded from public campaign totals and dashboard reports.
The dashboard keeps donor profiles, donation history, totals, largest gifts, statuses, and activity charts together. Administrators can filter donor records, review comments, and import or export donations and donors as CSV. Campaigns and options can be imported or exported as JSON. Donors link to WordPress user accounts only after their email address is verified. SureDonation also integrates with WordPress personal-data export and erasure utilities and includes a data-retention setting for donation records.
Pro giving and donor tools
SureDonation Pro includes recurring donations through Stripe and PayPal, with daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly schedules. Subscription emails and controls let administrators cancel, pause, or resume a subscription. Donors can sign in to a dashboard with a password or emailed link to review donation history, download receipts, and manage recurring donations.
Pro also includes PDF receipts with three designs, per-form settings, and email attachments; multi-step forms using the Page Break block; and UK Gift Aid declarations with claim exports for HMRC. Other additions include date and time picker fields, revenue reports and exports, internal donor notes, and advanced styling controls for border width, box shadow, and button color. Email marketing integrations can send donor information to ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Kit, Mailchimp, or MailerLite. Migration tools can import GiveWP and Charitable subscriptions, display import history, and roll back an import.
Setup and form management
Guided onboarding helps with initial setup. Create a campaign and donation form in the block editor, configure payment methods and form fields, then add the form or campaign display to a page. Elementor widgets and Bricks elements are available for the form and campaign display blocks.
Honeypot protection, client-side checks, server-side validation, and customizable validation messages help manage form submissions. Email notifications for donors and site administrators use customizable templates and smart tags, including form fields. SureDonation also offers confirmation messages, a weekly email report, and a receipt layout.
The extension registers campaigns, donations, donors, forms, settings, and analytics with the WordPress Abilities API. Optional MCP support can let authorized AI clients query donation statistics or manage fundraising processes, with granular permission controls where the WordPress setup supports it.
