Poptin Agency package lets agencies make and manage user accounts for clients and control their access. Agencies can also create free client accounts and grant clients access to the agency's account after they upgrade, even when the agency account is on the free plan. Poptin is a web application that works with WordPress and other platforms.

Popups, forms, and offers

Create email and SMS popups, exit-intent popups, coupons, spin-the-wheel experiences, exit offers, upsell popups, and lead forms. Custom designs and sizes are supported. Adjust show timing and targeting to fit each campaign and audience. These utilities can support list growth, offer promotion, abandoned-cart recovery, and sales campaigns.

Contact organization and targeting

Contact profiles include activity history and an engagement timeline. Organize contacts with tags, custom properties, subscriber preferences, and consent or subscription status. Custom properties can use text, number, date, or boolean fields. Search, filter, import, and export contacts as needed.

Build segments from contact attributes and activity, including popup and form submissions, views, conversions and gamified interactions; email opens, clicks and bounces; site visits, page views and browsing behavior; traffic and referral sources; UTM campaigns; location; language; device; and lifecycle stage.

Email campaigns and automated journeys

Create targeted newsletters and email campaigns. All email marketing plans include unlimited campaigns and email sending. Automations can respond to subscriber activity, website behavior, ecommerce events, and lifecycle stages. Use journeys for welcome, abandoned-cart, birthday, reactivation, and lifecycle emails, and personalize messages with dynamic merge tags, coupons, and promotions.

Agency process

1. Create a client account and grant the appropriate access.
2. Build a popup, form, email campaign, or newsletter for the client.
3. Organize contacts and create segments from their behavior and engagement.
4. Configure automated journeys, promotions, or recovery campaigns.
5. Review monthly visitor usage on the Overview page.

Installation

Poptin works with WordPress and other platforms. To use it on a website, add a single line of code. You can send the code and embedding instructions to a web developer or contact Poptin support for guidance. After the code is added, manage popups, forms, campaigns, and automations through your Poptin account.
