Choose a payment or donation process

Paymattic Pro lets WordPress sites collect one-time payments, subscriptions, and donations through customizable forms. Forms can support products, services, memberships, fundraising campaigns, and other transactions. Visitors can select payment entries or select a donation amount, then review their selections in a payment summary on the selling page.

How do recurring payments work?

Pro works with subscription payments through Stripe, PayPal, Square, and Moneris. Recurring payment workflows depend on using one of these gateways. Donation forms can accept one-time, guest, or recurring donations. They can use pre-built donation templates, display campaign progress bars, and highlight a default amount alongside other choices.

Set up items, coupons, and tax

Product items can appear in tables with three integrated layout templates. The payment summary can be placed at the bottom of the form. Coupon options include expiry dates, minimum purchase amounts, and other available customizations. Tax options let you choose a percentage based on your location and apply the amount to selected products.

What do the reports show?

The advanced payment reports dashboard shows total revenue, weekly revenue, total clients, and new customers in a week. It also includes views of revenue by period, revenue breakdown, payment methods, payment status, top customers, and recent activities.

Manage forms and contributors

Build forms with pre-built payment or donation templates, payment items, multiple columns, and form fields. Forms can be imported and exported for reuse. Currency settings support 135+ integrated currencies. Customer and donor utilities include customer profiles, a customer dashboard, and a donor leaderboard. Available security-related options include reCAPTCHA V2 and V3, Honeypot, and Cloudflare Turnstile.

Add a form to your site

Add Paymattic Pro to your WordPress website and activate it. Create a payment or donation form, choose its fields and items, configure the available payment and currency settings, then place the form where visitors can access it. For recurring payments, use one of the supported Pro gateways.
