Paytium Plus for WordPress Mollie Payment Forms

Paytium Plus is a commercial edition of Paytium, a WordPress add-on that connects payment forms to Mollie. Use a fixed price for a workshop, let donors enter an amount, or collect payments for services and a small webshop. Forms support one-time payments, subscriptions and recurring payments.

Choose amounts and payment methods

Set a fixed amount, offer choices in a dropdown, or let visitors enter a custom amount. Forms can accept iDEAL | WERO and other methods available through Mollie, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Bancontact, SEPA, Bitcoin and Belfius. Klarna is excluded.

For recurring payments that start with iDEAL | WERO, the first payment uses that method and later automatic payments use SEPA Direct Debit. In the Netherlands, the iDEAL to WERO migration is scheduled to begin in late 2026 and finish by the end of 2027. During the combined iDEAL | WERO logo introduction, checkout functionality remains the same.

Add forms and collect customer details

Create forms in the Classic editor or add them to posts and pages with a shortcode or the Paytium Code block in the WordPress block editor. Custom fields can collect details alongside a payment. Available types include email fields, text fields and radio buttons, with other field types also supported.

For example, a workshop form can collect registration details, while a product form can ask for customer or shipping information. The same form setup can also collect donation details.

Paid tools for payment follow-up

Paytium’s commercial editions, including Plus, add settings for managing what happens after payment. Set custom confirmation text or redirect visitors to another page. Automatic emails, invoice processes and payment exports support follow-up and record keeping. Integrations with MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, MailPoet and Zapier can connect payment activity with other workflows.

Set up Paytium Plus

  1. Install and activate the edition you use on a live WordPress website.
  2. Connect Paytium to Mollie with the guided setup, or enter your API keys in Paytium settings.
  3. Create a payment form and choose a fixed, selectable or custom amount.
  4. Add the form to a post or page using a shortcode or the Paytium Code block.
  5. Configure any needed confirmation text, redirects, emails, invoices, exports or integrations.

Payments cannot be processed from a local or localhost WordPress installation unless you use a service such as ngrok.
