Choose where backgrounds appear
Display settings include the front page, all pages and posts, a specific page, or a specific post. Global settings can apply to the home page or other selected content. Settings on an individual page or post override the global background for that entry, and the editor includes controls for configuring those backgrounds.
Select an image, video, or color
Each background type is available in global settings and individual page or post settings. Use an image when the page needs a still visual, a video for moving media, or a solid color when media is unnecessary. Different pages and posts can use their own pictures, videos, or colors.
Set how images change
An individual page or post can use one image or several. With multiple images, the background can change on each page reload or display as a full-screen slideshow. Slideshow settings include fade animation duration, slide transition duration, and background shadow. Choose an effect without zoom, with zoom, or with zoom and a rotating angle.
Choose video behavior
You can assign various videos to individual pages or posts and add multiple videos. Depending on the settings, multiple videos can change when the page reloads, or the first video can remain the background.
Add page-specific styling or scripts
For an individual page or post, Premium provides fields for custom CSS and custom JavaScript. The CSS or JavaScript added there applies only to that page or post.
Configure the background
Install and activate the add-on from the WordPress administration area, then open its settings. Choose the display scope and background type, choose the image, video, or color, and save. To use different settings for particular content, edit that page or post and configure its background there.
