Transfer WooCommerce orders and coupons

Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce Premium moves orders, subscription orders, and coupons between WooCommerce stores or from another platform into WooCommerce. Use it for shop migrations, updates, or recurring file exchanges. Imports can handle large files in smaller batches.

Choose a format and export scope

Import or export orders, subscriptions, and coupons as CSV, XML, or Excel files, including XLS and XLSX. Use WooCommerce-format XML to transfer orders to another WooCommerce site. XML exports can also follow a format specified by another service provider.

Choose which order statuses, subscription statuses, or coupon types to include, and customize the fields in an export. Order exports can be filtered by status, product, coupon, customer, or date range. An offset lets you begin an export from a selected point.

Map fields during import

Map file columns to WooCommerce order or coupon fields, including when the source file uses a various column layout. Premium works with custom fields and data from third-party add-ons. You can also import selected columns, reorder export columns, and save options in a reusable template.

For an order import, select Order as the post type, upload the file using the chosen import method, map its columns, set the batch count, and select whether to update existing orders. Save the settings as a template if you will reuse them, then start the import. Existing orders and coupons can be skipped or updated, and bulk updates are supported.

Order IDs are retained unless the target website already uses the same ID for an order or another post type. In that case, the imported order receives a new order number.

Schedule transfers and review activity

FTP integration supports direct imports and exports through remote file transfers. Cron Jobs can execute these operations on a set schedule. History entries can be viewed, rerun, or deleted, and operation logs help with debugging. Coupon-code suggestions make coupon-based filtering easier.
