Build the form and its layout
NEX-Forms Pro is a visual WordPress form builder. Arrange more than 30 form components with drag and drop, then use the grid system, including nested grids, to set the layout. Real-time previews show how forms appear across devices. Create contact and support forms, surveys, polls, quizzes, bookings, orders, subscriptions, applications, file uploads, estimates, and payment forms.
Use responses to guide the next step
Multi-step forms divide longer questionnaires, bookings, and quizzes into stages, with progress indicators to show visitors where they are. Conversational forms can present one question at a time. Conditional logic uses selections and entered values to show or conceal fields, sections, or steps. Quiz forms can show various messages or outcomes based on scores, while math logic calculates values from visitor input for estimates, orders, or service requests. Date and time picker fields support booking forms.
Choose where forms appear
Embed forms in page or post content, sidebars, or theme template documents. They can also open from a button, link, or page element, or appear in modal popups, sliding forms, and sticky side tabs. Automatic displays can use a time delay, a scroll position, or an exit-intent trigger. The grid, styling controls, icons, and animations provide settings for the form's layout and appearance.
Handle submissions and follow-up
Form submissions are stored in the WordPress database for review in the admin panel and can be exported. Send administrator notifications to multiple recipients and use autoresponders for confirmation emails to submitters. Email delivery can use SMTP or WordPress Mail. File upload fields support file type validation; uploaded files can be viewed and downloaded from the backend. Built-in anti-spam controls are also available.
For payment processes, PayPal integration works with payment, order, and booking forms. Submission data can also be sent to a custom URL using GET or POST, and forms can redirect visitors after submission. Subscription forms support integrations with MailChimp, MailPoet, Mailster, and GetResponse.
Create and place a form
In the form builder, add fields with drag and drop, arrange them in the grid, and configure any needed steps, logic, calculations, notifications, and confirmations. Preview the responsive layout, then embed the form in page or post content or choose a popup or triggered display.
