Manage subscribers and signups

Newsletters PRO brings mailing lists, subscriber entries, subscription forms and email history into WordPress. Forms can be embedded in posts and pages, displayed in sidebar widgets or used offsite. The forms builder supports different signup arrangements, and import and export utilities help manage subscriber data.

Create and schedule newsletters

Use newsletter themes and premade templates to make emails. PRO includes a drag-and-drop newsletter and template builder. You can create emails from the latest posts, send a post as a newsletter or publish a newsletter as a post. Emails can contain one or multiple posts and attachments.

A queue and scheduling tools support planned sends. The plugin supports local server and SMTP mail, with SMTP authentication. PRO also supports API integration with the publisher's mail service providers.

Track email activity and follow up

Review complete email history and use email, link and click tracking, Bitly click tracking, and subscriber IP logging. Bounce email management includes POP/IMAP bounce handling. Autoresponders and newsletters by conditions support follow-up communication and sending rules. Paid subscriptions are supported through PayPal and 2Checkout.

PRO limits and configuration

PRO removes the LITE edition's stated limits of one mailing list, 500 subscribers and 1,000 emails per month. It adds the drag-and-drop builder, reCAPTCHA v3, hCaptcha and Cloudflare Turnstile alongside Really Simple CAPTCHA and reCAPTCHA v2. PRO also enables new custom dynamic fields and provides resend controls for emails and the Manage Subscription Email link.

Other configuration settings include custom fields, custom post types, multilingual support through qTranslate and WPML, DKIM signatures, and WordPress Multisite compatibility. The plugin integrates with Banner Rotator. Extensions connect it with WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Formidable, Digital Access Pass, s2Member and WP eMember; other listed extensions include Google Analytics tracking, embedded pictures and Total MS Control.

Installation

Install and activate PRO in WordPress, then enter the serial key in the plugin. If LITE was installed previously, deactivate and delete it after installing PRO; the existing data is retained. Premade email and newsletter templates are included, and documentation covers configuration. PRO includes priority support.
