Choose a message format
Campaigns can use lightbox popups, header and footer action bars, hello bars, slide-ins, inline messages, overlays, toast notifications, and sticky messages. Use them for opt-in forms, promotions, notices, support messages, or calls to action. Available formats vary by edition. Icegram Engage Max adds full-screen overlays and welcome mats, inline content blocks and opt-in boxes, sticky notes, ribbons, corner badges, sidebars, interstitials, and tab triggers.
Set show rules and targeting
Choose which pages show a campaign and set when it appears, such as after a time delay, while a user scrolls, or after an action. Entry and click triggers can place a message at a chosen point in the visitor journey. Session and cookie rules can limit how often a visitor sees a message.
Icegram Engage Max adds exit-intent and behavioral triggers for scroll depth, inactivity, JavaScript events, and referring URLs. It also includes geo-location targeting. With Icegram Engage Remote, Max campaigns can appear on non-WordPress websites.
Create and review campaigns
Icegram Engage Max includes more than 100 premium templates and more than 10 advanced animations and transitions. Its A/B testing lets you compare campaign variations, while analytics show impressions and conversions. Mobile-responsive opt-ins can adapt to various screen sizes, and a campaign can combine multiple message formats.
