Sales reports and order exports

Ninjalytics Pro offers a report builder for WooCommerce product sales analysis and order exports. Easy Digital Downloads support is in beta. Choose from more than 15 templates for product sales, inventory, regional results, and order exports, or start with a blank report. Some templates are Pro-only.

Product Sales Reports group results by product or segment. Order Export Mode provides individual order or line-item details for tasks such as fulfillment and accounting. Select the fields and filters, then review the live preview before downloading or emailing the report.

Set the report scope and dates

Run a report for the whole store or choose products, categories, and custom segments. Show product variations separately or group them together. Choose a quick date range, enter relative dates, or set exact dates and times. Pro can use paid dates, completed dates, or custom date fields instead of the standard order date; custom date fields depend on data supplied by other add-ons.

• Filter by order status, customer visitor role, product tags, custom product or order fields, and variation attributes. Use multiple custom segments to group results.
• Choose from order, product, customer, tax, refund, and custom data fields, including advanced fields such as product prices, detailed taxes, and order notes.
• Rename and reposition fields, sort results, set a row limit, or exclude free products.

Calculate and visualize results

Create custom calculated fields with arithmetic operators and built-in functions such as concatenation, retrieving a post title or permalink, and converting timestamps to date and time values. Cost of goods sold, profit, and gross margin reporting requires a compatible COGS add-on.

Use line and bar charts, or choose pie charts in Pro. In the live preview, order and product IDs can link to their pages, order statuses can be color-coded, and negative numbers can be highlighted.

Export and reuse reports

Order Export Mode can include order status, dates, billing and shipping details, quantities, totals, taxes, shipping methods, and product information, depending on the selected fields. Download reports as CSV, XLSX, HTML, or Enhanced HTML, or email them to any address with one click. The Scheduled Email Reports add-on can automate delivery.

Save report presets to run them again. You can also export report options to a file and import them later for backups, transfers between stores, or sharing configurations with a team. Ninjalytics works with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage.

When Live Carts for WooCommerce is installed, Ninjalytics includes four templates for cart statistics, individual cart exports, cart status, and average cart value. Pro also provides access to the Ninjalytics app for Android and iOS, which is in beta.

Build and review a report

Install Ninjalytics Pro on your WordPress site and open the report builder from the dashboard. Choose a template or make a report from scratch, select fields, set filters and date options, then inspect the live preview. When the results are ready, download them in your chosen format or send the report by email.
