WooCommerce Order Export Premium includes tools for shaping WooCommerce order data for spreadsheets, external systems, bulk edits, and store migrations. Choose export columns with the drag-and-drop tool, then rearrange, combine, or rename fields to fit the task.
Choose the fields and format
The free version exports standard order fields to CSV or XML. The premium version adds Excel documents in XLS and XLSX formats, along with access to all WooCommerce order fields. Exports can include order entries, taxes, shipping, fees, discounts, and custom fields added by themes, add-ons, or extensions. XML tools let you structure feeds for systems with specific formatting requirements.
Filter orders and schedule exports
Build filters from combinations of order fields, including fields added by plugins and add-ons. Use them to select a particular order, a date range, or new or changed orders. Run an export when needed, or set it to repeat using the automatic scheduling service in the interface or cron jobs on your server.
Send data to other tools
With the premium version, Zapier can send completed exports to Google Sheets and other connected applications. Set up a trigger for export completion and select the action that sends the order data to the destination.
Custom PHP functions and embedded functions can apply programming logic to exported data when field selection and standard filters are not enough.
Use exports for editing or migration
- Export orders to CSV, Excel, or Google Sheets for review and bulk editing.
- Build XML feeds for external systems.
- Move selected orders between WooCommerce stores.
- Edit exported order data in a spreadsheet, then import it back into WooCommerce with WP All Import.
For migration, export the orders you want to move and use the bundle option, which includes import instructions. WP All Import can use the bundle to configure the import. To link migrated orders to products and clients, migrate products and customers first.
Start an order export
In WordPress, go to All Export › New Export and select WooCommerce orders. Choose and arrange the columns, set any filters, select the output format, then execute the export. Configure scheduling or a Zapier connection when you need recurring delivery.
Support
The paid offering includes guaranteed technical support by email. WP All Export Pro is identified as the option for premium support; support for the free version is not guaranteed.
