Build a slider around its content
Master Slider Pro extends the Master Slider add-on with responsive, touch-enabled presentations for images, videos, posts, products, galleries, and other featured content. Choose a full-width, full-screen, or boxed layout, then adjust sizing and alignment for different screen sizes. Sliders work with any WordPress theme, including default themes.
For dynamic content, make post sliders from any post type with advanced filtering, or choose WooCommerce products using their filtering settings. Photo sliders can use Flickr photosets or a user's latest photos; Facebook galleries can draw from public images. Slides can also include HD video backgrounds or embedded YouTube and Vimeo videos.
Assemble and animate slides
Arrange slides with the drag-and-drop WYSIWYG editor, then refine their appearance with visual styling controls and the timeline animation tool. Add text, picture, button, and video layers, each with transition-in and transition-out effects. The editor includes layer alignment, snapping while dragging, nine positioning origin points, and real-time animation previews. Google Fonts support includes more than 600 fonts, and the WordPress native text editor is available in the editing workflow.
For interactive slides, add hotspots and tooltips, deep links, or custom pattern and color overlays. Layer actions can move to another slide, scroll down, play, or pause. Slides, layers, and hotspots can be linked. Parallax effects can respond to scrolling, swiping, or mouse movement.
Layouts, samples, and navigation
Layout choices include boxed sliders with nearby slides visible, auto-height and auto-fill options, and automatic resizing and alignment as the stage changes. More than 30 ready-to-use sample sliders can be imported with one click.
Slider controls include touch swipe navigation, autoplay timing, transition effects, customizable arrows, bullets, thumbnails, tabs, and timer shows. Shortcodes and widgets provide placement options. Import and export utilities, custom user roles and capabilities, caching functions, multisite compatibility, translation readiness, and a developer API support broader WordPress workflows.
Set up the slider
Install the Master Slider add-on in WordPress and activate the Pro version according to the product setup. Open the slider editor, pick a layout or import a sample, then add slides and layers. Adjust transitions, navigation, styling, and responsive behavior, save the slider, and place it on a page with a widget or shortcode.
