How Does Notibar Pro Target WordPress Pages and Users?

Notibar Pro extends Notibar with controls for multiple notification bars, announcements, calls to action, and targeted messages. Manage bars through the native WordPress Customizer and review changes in its live preview. Each bar can have its own content, style, device options, display pages, and close behaviour.

Rotate messages and review activity

Set bars to rotate in sequence or at random, select the interval, and pause rotation while a user hovers over a bar. Notibar Pro also works with A/B testing and reports clicks and dismissals for individual bars.

Choose pages and audiences

Show a bar across pages and posts or limit it to selected page or post IDs. Custom post type targeting includes WooCommerce products. User targeting lets you display bars by role or to specific users. Full-page caching can serve the same cached HTML to different users, so exclude logged-in users from page caching when using these targeting rules.

Set position, behaviour, and schedule

Configure custom text, colors, call-to-action content, and a style preset for each bar. Choose absolute or fixed positioning, set the text container width and alignment, and place a bar at the bottom of the screen. Dismiss behaviour can be disabled, set to toggle or collapse, or configured to close the bar permanently.

Set a start and end date and time, or use an automatic daily on/off schedule. Mobile devices can have separate content and button settings.

Set up and maintain bars

After adding Notibar to WordPress, create or edit a bar in the Customizer. Enter its message and button content, choose a style, configure devices and display rules, then review it in the live preview. Pro users can also configure rotation, targeting, reports, bottom placement, and role or visitor conditions.

Drag and drop to reorder bars, duplicate a bar with one click, or use export and import. The plugin supports HTML and CSS and responds to mobile devices. It can integrate with WPML String Translation version 3.0 or later for bar text, button labels, and button URLs.
