How Does Cusmin Customize WordPress Admin?

Cusmin is the premium version of Absolutely Glamorous Custom Admin. Use it to tailor the WordPress administration area and login page, choosing which interface components appear and changing selected text, images, colors and content.

Choose what administrators see

In the admin bar, hide individual entries or the whole bar, including on website pages. Replace the WordPress logo with a branding picture, change its link, set the admin page title template, or change and hide the site name and logo. You can also hide update notifications, comments, the New menu and selected New submenu entries for posts, links, pages, users or media.

Change the Howdy and Log Out text, remove Edit My Profile from the context menu, and select to display the Log Out button on the right or only when the admin bar is hidden. On the dashboard, change the heading, add custom HTML, and hide widgets, Help, Screen Options or profile color scheme controls. Footer text and version text can also be changed or hidden.

Set up menus and login branding

Rename or hide admin menu and submenu items, add buttons with custom links, remove menu icons or spacing, remove the hover arrow, round submenu popups, and remove the Collapse button. Add a branding image above the menu, link the image, and adjust menu auto-folding options.

On the login page, change or hide the Back to Blog text, change or hide the login image and its hyperlink, round the login boxes, and hide registration or lost-password links. You can also change the hyperlink on the registration button.

Adjust colors and add custom code

The Colorizer controls background and text colors on admin and login pages, as well as admin menu and widget colors. For further styling or behavior changes, add custom CSS and JavaScript. Export and import customization settings to preserve or move your configuration.

Open Cusmin’s customization panel and work through the sections for the WordPress area you want to change, from branding and visibility to colors and advanced settings.
