ERP Pro includes extensions to WordPress business workflows
ERP Pro is the paid edition of the ERP business management add-on for WordPress. ERP brings HR management, CRM, and accounting into one dashboard for small to medium-sized businesses, with workflows running on the business’s own server. Pro adds premium extensions that businesses can choose to fit their operations.
Core modules keep business entries together
- HR management: Manage employee profiles, attendance, leave, payroll, and staff information. Recruitment workflows support job posts, applications, and hiring.
- CRM: Organize leads, customer records, sales activity, and interactions.
- Accounting: Manage invoices, expenses, financial reports, and business transactions.
When a WooCommerce store is connected, customer, order, and inventory information can be used in CRM and accounting workflows. WooCommerce CRM brings customer activity, order history, and interactions into the CRM view. WooCommerce Accounting works with store-related financial work alongside accounting processes.
Leave rules and frontend access support HR tasks
Advanced Leave Management lets administrators define leave types such as sick, casual, and earned leave, assign policies, and track employee balances. ERP HR Frontend gives employees access to selected HR tasks on the website’s front end, including clocking in or out, applying for leave, and viewing profiles.
ERP Pro includes nine premium extensions in one plan. These include Advanced Leave Management and ERP HR Frontend, along with Awesome Support Sync, Gravity Forms Sync, Help Scout Integration, Mailchimp Contacts Sync, Salesforce Contacts Sync, Hubspot Contacts Sync, and Zendesk Integration. The integrations connect support tickets, form submissions, or contact information with CRM records, depending on the extension.
Store and team needs shape extension choices
Other premium extension settings cover areas such as recruitment, attendance, training, payroll, deals, process automation, reimbursements, document management, inventory, and asset management. Businesses can pick the relevant extensions instead of enabling every workflow. ERP Pro uses user-based pricing, and the plan can be upgraded or downgraded as requirements change. Priority support is included. The Android and iOS mobile app is included in a specific ERP Pro tier.
Reports and transactions can be filtered by date. ERP supports PDF, email, and print for invoices, bills, transactions, and reports.
Set up the modules before connecting store data
Install ERP in WordPress and activate it from the Plugins area. Open the ERP dashboard to configure HR, CRM, and accounting, then add employee records, set leave policies, and organize customer and lead information. Connect WooCommerce when store data needs to be included, and select the premium extensions that fit the workflows.
