eRoom Pro for WordPress Meetings and Webinars

eRoom Pro brings online meeting and webinar management into the WordPress dashboard. Use Zoom to make and schedule meetings or webinars, or plan live sessions with the Google Meet and Microsoft Teams integrations. The add-on can support online classes, consultations, seminars, lectures, business meetings, and community discussions.

Choose Zoom for meetings or webinars

Create and manage Zoom meetings from WordPress, then add meeting access to a page with a shortcode or supported page builder module. Visitors can see a countdown before the meeting starts and join through a browser or the Zoom app. A Zoom account is required, and its plan determines how many hosts and visitors you can add.

Webinars fit virtual lectures, seminars, and presentations for larger audiences. Create a Zoom webinar in eRoom and add it to a WordPress page. Zoom capabilities available through the plugin include participant management, live chat, screen sharing, and full-screen mode.

Plan sessions with Google Meet or Teams

The Google Meet add-on lets you create and plan calls, video lessons, meetings, and discussions within WordPress, then manage participants from the dashboard. The Microsoft Teams integration supports creating, scheduling, and managing live video meetings. You can start or join Teams meetings from your website and manage participants there. These options can support classes, coaching sessions, business meetings, and community discussions.

Keep calendars and reports handy

eRoom can sync meetings with calendars. Import a meeting file to iCal or duplicate meeting information to Google Calendar, then save the event and set a reminder if needed. Zoom performance and engagement reports provide information for reviewing activity from Zoom sessions.

Optional add-ons for paid or recurring events

The eRoom purchasable meetings add-on lets you offer video conferences and webinars as WooCommerce products. Customers can purchase access to consultations, training, or other live sessions through your website. A separate paid recurring meetings and webinars add-on supports recurring Zoom meetings, with each occurrence using the same meeting ID and options.

Set up an event in WordPress

Install eRoom Pro and connect the meeting service you plan to use. Create a meeting or webinar in the dashboard, configure its schedule, and add access to a page when you want users to reach the event through your site. Connect Google Meet or Microsoft Teams for sessions managed through those services.

After creating an event, review its participant settings and calendar options. For paid sessions, configure the purchasable meetings add-on with WooCommerce products so customers can buy access to the relevant meeting or webinar.
