Contact Form Pro is a WordPress form builder for creating and managing contact forms without coding. Use it for support requests, feedback, quote requests, job applications, surveys, and other visitor messages. Add a form to a page, post, or widget with the [bestwebsoft_contact_form] shortcode, or insert it with the Gutenberg block. Its responsive layout adapts to different screen sizes. Pro includes the free version’s features and includes more controls for fields, routing, privacy, email, validation, and styling.

Set up fields and layout

Create unlimited custom fields and add pre-built components, including an e-sign field. Choose whether core fields such as name, email, subject, and message are shown, hidden, or disabled, and decide which fields are required. Pre-fill subject or message text, validate phone-number formats, and automatically fill fields for logged-in visitors.

Reorder fields with drag and drop, arrange them in two columns, adjust the form width, or show the form in a popup. Add file attachments, tooltips, and placeholders. You can also set field alignment and submit-button styling, and enable animation for a popup.

Route messages and manage email

Department selection adds a workflow for sorting messages by topic or team. Configure notifications for the default administrator or a custom email address, and send copies to specified addresses. Email notifications can include sender details such as IP address, timestamp, referral source, and browser or device information.

Add a Reply-to email address to message headers and set up customized automatic replies. Customizable terms and privacy checkboxes let you collect the acknowledgements your form requires.

Configure protection and tracking

Use Captcha, reCaptcha, or a Honeypot field for spam protection. The Limit Attempts integration can control submission frequency. Google Analytics integration tracks form submissions, and a options panel lets you add custom code.

No-code styling controls cover alignment and submit-button styling. The extension also supports multiple languages and right-to-left layouts.

Install and publish a form

Install and activate Contact Form Pro in WordPress, then make or configure a form in the extension settings. Add fields, select required options, set routing and notification preferences, and apply privacy or spam-protection controls. Insert the form using the shortcode or Gutenberg block. Send a test email before publishing.
