CF7 Google Sheets Connector PRO: Feeds, Mapping and Setup
CF7 Google Sheets Connector PRO connects Contact Form 7 forms to Google Sheets. After a successful form submission, configured feeds send submitted values to selected sheets or worksheet tabs as new rows. One form can send to multiple destinations when each destination has its own feed. This can help organize leads, inquiries, registrations, RSVPs, orders, and other form data in searchable, shareable spreadsheets.

Select a sheet and worksheet tab
Automatic detection lets you choose a Google Sheet and worksheet tab directly, without manually entering Sheet IDs and Tab IDs. Configure a feed for each destination that should receive submissions.
Set the spreadsheet columns
- Field mapping: Choose which Contact Form 7 fields each feed sends.
- Column order: Set the order of those fields in the spreadsheet.
- Custom headers: Rename column headers to suit the spreadsheet layout.
- Field controls: Enable or disable individual fields to select which values are sent.
- Mail tag settings: Use the Contact Form 7 special mail tags supported by the Pro edition.
These controls help match each destination's columns and labels to its intended use.
Choose an authentication method
The connector works with Google OAuth 2.0, including Quick Connect, which does not require creating a Google Cloud project or API keys. You can also use Google Service Account authentication with a JSON key for server-to-server connections, or manual Google authentication with your own Google Cloud project and OAuth credentials.
Submission entries and diagnostics
Optional local storage in the WordPress database is separate from the Google Sheets connection. Stored entries can be browsed by form, searched, paginated, marked read or unread, and selected for bulk sending to a spreadsheet. Diagnostic tools include error logs for Google authentication, connection, and API failures, plus system-status information about the WordPress, PHP, plugin, and server environment.
