Flexible PDF Coupons Pro lets stores sell gift cards, vouchers, tickets, and coupons as PDF files. A gift card product can support emailed delivery and printable use for online purchases, local redemption, gifts, or events. The same setup can suit products such as fashion, cosmetics, food, digital goods, flowers, and household items, as well as services, travel, corporate gifts, employee rewards, client gifts, and local events.

Choose the amount and delivery

Gift card products can use simple or variable WooCommerce products. Set various prices or let buyers enter an amount with the custom denomination option. Delivery options can send the voucher directly to clients or let the buyer enter the recipient’s email address. Add fields for the recipient’s name, email, and message. Automatic PDF delivery can be based on WooCommerce order statuses.

Set an expiry period of 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, or 360 days, choose no expiry, or enter a custom value.

Set redemption conditions

• Limit voucher use to selected products or categories.
• Allow free shipping when the voucher is combined with selected WooCommerce shipping methods.
• Choose one-time use or reusable vouchers. For reusable vouchers used across multiple purchases, track the remaining balance.

Design the PDF template

The drag-and-drop graphic editor supports an unlimited number of templates. Add your own graphics and pictures, choose a background, and arrange the layout. A6, A5, and A4 sizes are available for home printing or use with a local print shop. Design controls include alignment lines, layers, supported fonts, predefined headings, and settings for text size, color, and alignment.

Shortcodes can display the coupon value and code. Pro shortcodes can also add the product name, expiry date, customer information, recipient details, recipient message, and website URL. Custom shortcodes are also available.
