Appointment Booking PRO: Payment and Calendar Features

Appointment Booking PRO is the paid upgrade to MotoPress Appointment Booking for WordPress. The booking system connects services, categories, locations, staff schedules, availability, and customer reservations for appointments, classes, consultations, and other scheduled activities.

Appointments and group sessions

Clients select a service, date, available time, and number of people in a responsive, step-by-step booking form. Set capacity for one-to-one or group reservations, then publish a form covering multiple services or an availability calendar for an individual service. Salons, tutors, therapists, fitness providers, consultants, clinics, and law firms are among the service businesses that can use this setup.

Staff schedules define bookable times. Configure availability by employee and location, including working hours, breaks, days off, and vacations. Clients can view available and unavailable slots and choose from clickable dates. Administrators can review the booking calendar in monthly, weekly, or daily views.

PRO payment options

PRO adds Direct Bank Transfer and PayPal, along with Stripe methods including Bancontact, iDEAL, Giropay, SEPA Direct Debit, SOFORT, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The booking system also works with pay-on-website. Administrators can add cash payments, edit bookings, and manage payment details in the WordPress backend.

Staff calendars and customer entries

Website bookings can sync to employees' Google Calendars. Administrators can also register customers manually through the backend, such as when a reservation comes in outside the public booking form.

Notifications and booking management

PRO enables more recipients for email notifications. The notification system supports customizable confirmations, cancellations, reminders, upcoming-booking notices, and other event-based messages for staff and clients. Email templates, client notes, booking comments, booking history, and booking statuses help staff maintain appointment records.

Its setup wizard helps create a booking form in a few steps; then configure services, locations, employees, and schedules before publishing the form or a service calendar. Administrators can approve or deny bookings automatically or manually, reschedule appointments, edit client details, and process cancellations initiated by clients.
