YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce Premium
YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce Premium lets a shop conceal prices or the standard “Add to cart” button for selected products and invite customers to request a custom quote. This can suit wholesale, retail, service, and other sales where pricing depends on customer needs. Customers add products, including specific variations, to a quote list and submit their requirements. The administrator receives an email notification and can prepare a quote.
Product visibility and quote entry points
YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce Premium lets a shop conceal prices or the standard “Add to cart” button for selected products and invite customers to request a custom quote. This can suit wholesale, retail, service, and other sales where pricing depends on customer needs. Customers add products, including specific variations, to a quote list and submit their requirements. The administrator receives an email notification and can prepare a quote.
The Premium edition can display the “Add to quote” button on additional WooCommerce pages, including shop and category pages. An Exclusion List controls the button for specific products. It can also be limited to registered visitors or selected visitor roles, or set to appear automatically only for out-of-stock products.
Request details and product information
The advanced default form can be enabled and edited without an external form add-on. Add, remove, or change fields to collect the information your business needs. The plugin also supports forms made with Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, or WPForms. Autocomplete can fill in returning customers’ information. Customers can convert cart contents into a quote request from the checkout page.
For the quote page and email, select which product details to show: pictures, prices, SKUs, quantities, single-product totals, and the total for all products. While preparing a request, customers can use the “Return to shop” and “Update list” buttons. After submission, you can show custom text and redirect customers to a specific thank-you page or the quote detail page.
Quote management and customer decisions
The plugin can automatically create and send a quote using amounts calculated from default product prices. Quote requests can be managed as orders with the “quote request” status. Customers can review their quote list in the “My Account” area and download quotes as PDFs. They can accept or reject a quote from its email, PDF, or their account area; when rejecting it, they can leave feedback.
A widget helps customers track their quote list and can be placed in a header, sidebar, or another widget area.
Installation and setup
Install and activate the Premium plugin on a WooCommerce website, then open its request-a-quote settings. Configure product visibility, quote buttons, forms, customer messages, redirects, emails, and account-area settings before adding the request list and form to a page. The plugin is listed as compatible with YITH WooCommerce Catalog Mode and YITH WooCommerce Waiting List.
