WordPress plugin
WP Migrate Pro for WordPress Site Migrations
WP Migrate Pro adds direct push and pull transfers between two WordPress sites to WP Migrate's database migration and full-website export process. A full-site transfer can move the database and site documents together, including themes, add-ons, media uploads, and other wp-content files, to make a copy in the destination environment. For a more focused database migration, select which tables to transfer and exclude post types.

How the utilities fit various processes
For development and staging, push or pull a site between environments, or save a migration profile to reuse settings for recurring transfers. Multisite tools support moving a subsite to a single-site installation or between multisite networks. WP-CLI integration lets you execute migrations from the command line.
Find and replace handles serialized data by unserializing its values, replacing matching strings, and serializing the data again before it returns to the database. You can also back up data before starting a migration. Spam comments can be excluded from a migration.
Prepare and run a migration
Install and activate WP Migrate Pro, then open its interface. Create or select a migration profile, choose the source and destination workflow, and decide whether to transfer the complete site or selected database content. Review table and post type selections, file choices, and the backup option before starting.
During migrations, add-ons enter compatibility mode by default and do not load for migration requests only. You can enable specific plugins through the administration interface when needed. For command-line workflows, use WP-CLI to run migrations.
