Bring WhatsApp conversations into WordPress
WP Chat App Pro includes WhatsApp contact options to WordPress and WooCommerce sites. Visitors can contact your team about support, presales, orders, discounts or product questions through a floating widget, web beacon or button. Show the widget on selected pages or in the corners of all pages.
Present agents and their availability
Add multiple agent accounts to a WhatsApp contact box. Each profile can have a name, title, custom color and greeting. Pro adds avatars and custom availability and working hours, so users can see when an agent is due back, including the remaining hours and minutes.
Use dynamic shortcodes to set pre-filled messages that give a conversation relevant context. Shortcodes also let editors place contact buttons in pages, posts, sidebars, widgets and other site-builder components. Choose an agent for the content, and display in-page or in-post buttons without a limit. A WhatsApp Gutenberg block is also available.
Add WhatsApp ordering to product pages
WooCommerce product pages can include an Order on WhatsApp button, with a specific agent or expert assigned to a product. Place the button after Add to Cart, or use Pro placement options to put it before Add to Cart, after the long description or after the short description.
Connect contact activity with your website
Pro event tracking supports Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Facebook Pixel. The add-on works with many WordPress caching and optimization systems, including LiteSpeed, W3 Total Cache and WP Rocket. For multilingual websites, it supports translation utilities such as WPML and Polylang.
A built-in GDPR cookie notice checkbox can require visitors to agree to your terms and conditions before sending a message. This gives administrators a consent step within the contact flow.
Set up the contact flow
Install and activate the plugin, add your WhatsApp account and agent details, then choose the profile for the floating widget. Configure colors, greetings and display locations. Set working hours where needed, create pre-filled messages with dynamic shortcodes, and select the placement for the WooCommerce button. Editors can add shortcode buttons to pages and posts.
The interface is described as requiring no coding, and setup documentation is available. Review the selected pages, product layouts, consent notice and agent profiles after configuration.
