WooCommerce Product Import Export Plugin Pro for WooCommerce handles product imports and exports for store migrations, catalog updates and batch maintenance. Import files by direct upload, URL or FTP/SFTP, using CSV, XML or Excel. Automatic column mapping connects file fields to WooCommerce data; mapping and transformation utilities let you adjust values, while bulk editing and data evaluation are available during import. Import a revised file to update existing product prices, stock, categories, tags, attributes and other details in batches.

From catalog to a focused export

Export the full catalog or narrow the selection by category, tag, selected products, status, stock status or product type. Choose and map the fields for the export, then transfer the file through FTP/SFTP or use it for another store or spreadsheet process. Product pictures can travel with the product data, or be exported separately as a ZIP file. Scheduled imports and exports support recurring transfers.

Products and data supported by Pro

The paid Pro edition supports simple, variable, grouped, external, subscription and custom product types, as well as WooCommerce bookings. Product entries can include prices, stock, categories, tags, attributes, featured and gallery images, reviews and ratings, custom fields, third-party add-on fields and hidden meta.

WPML support applies to simple products. The add-on can also generate missing product descriptions with ChatGPT. For repeat processes, save import or export configurations as templates and review past jobs and import logs.

The free version is limited to CSV and supports simple, grouped and external or affiliate products. Variable products and the broader import and export settings described here are part of Pro.
