Flat Rate Shipping Plugin Pro
Flat Rate Shipping Plugin Pro lets WooCommerce stores make multiple shipping methods and define when each one applies. Conditions can use a destination country, state, postcode, or shipping zone; a product, category, tag, SKU, or attribute; or a user or user role. Cart conditions include subtotal before or after discounts, total quantity, total weight, coupons, shipping class, and payment method. Multiple conditional rules can narrow when a method applies.

Set conditions for shipping methods
Flat Rate Shipping Plugin Pro lets WooCommerce stores make multiple shipping methods and define when each one applies. Conditions can use a destination country, state, postcode, or shipping zone; a product, category, tag, SKU, or attribute; or a user or user role. Cart conditions include subtotal before or after discounts, total quantity, total weight, coupons, shipping class, and payment method. Multiple conditional rules can narrow when a method applies.
Methods can be scheduled by start and end date, day of the week, and time. Free shipping rules can use different conditions, including minimum order or coupon order amounts.
Calculate the charge
Choose fixed-cost, percentage-based, or custom flat-rate methods. Charges can be set per order, per entry, per cart quantity, or per product quantity. The [QTY] parameter multiplies a charge by the total number of entries in the cart. Percentage charges use the cart subtotal and can have a minimum or maximum amount. Positive amounts add to shipping cost; negative amounts deduct from it.
Minimum and maximum limits are available for product, category, and cart quantity, subtotal, and weight, as well as shipping-class subtotal.
Choose how methods appear and apply
Display available methods as radio buttons or a dropdown. You can set a default method, restrict a method to logged-in users, add tooltip descriptions, and enable or disable tax calculation for shipping. When multiple methods match, settings can let the customer choose, apply the smallest or highest cost, or apply all matching methods.
The add-on also works with logging, import and export for shipping zones and methods, and cloning configured table-rate methods.
Set up and review
Install the plugin in your WordPress and WooCommerce environment, then create a shipping method and its rules. Choose the order details that determine eligibility, set the charge and show options, and review the result at checkout before making the method available to clients.
