WooCommerce orders and entries in Google Sheets

WooCommerce Google Sheet Connector PRO connects a WooCommerce store with Google Sheets for organizing and reviewing store data. New orders can be added as rows in a selected sheet in real time. The connector supports default and custom order statuses, with separate tabs available for statuses such as Processing, Completed, Pending, Cancelled, and Refunded. These spreadsheet views can support reporting, analysis, inventory planning, and collaboration among store owners, marketing teams, and accounting departments.

PRO synchronization controls

PRO synchronizes orders, products, product variations, coupons, and clients. Existing orders and missed entries can be imported, with order data selected by status or date range. Cron-based automatic synchronization can execute at intervals you define. For these supported record types, data can move in both directions between Google Sheets and WooCommerce.

  • Synchronize custom fields and meta fields, including data from third-party plugins.
  • Choose from three integration methods based on organizational needs.
  • Create multiple feeds for different Google Sheets, with separate feeds for orders, products, variations, users, and coupons.
  • Filter synchronization by selected product categories.

Shape sheets and review sync activity

Choose an order-wise or product-wise row structure, personalize header names, freeze headers, add header colors, and apply alternating row background colors. Status tabs and separate feeds can help keep order activity distinct from product or customer records. Advanced error logs help track and troubleshoot synchronization activity. The connector is compatible with more than 50 popular WooCommerce add-on add-ons.

Connect a Google Sheet

Version 1.5.0 includes Service Account authentication. The steps below describe the Google Access Code setup path.

  1. Sign in to Google Sheets and make a spreadsheet, or prepare one you already have.
  2. In WordPress, open WooCommerce > Google Sheet > Integration, select Get Code, complete Google authentication, allow the requested Google Drive and Google Sheets permissions, copy the code into the Google Access Code field, then save and authenticate.
  3. Fetch the sheet details for WooCommerce options.
  4. Open WooCommerce > Google Sheet > WooCommerce Data Settings and select a spreadsheet from the available list.
  5. Choose order statuses, create the corresponding tabs and headers, then test the connection by placing an order and changing its status.

After setup, review the feeds, headers, filters, and synchronization settings to make sure the spreadsheet structure fits your reporting and store-management workflow.
