Bulky Pro: Bulk editing for WooCommerce catalogs

Bulky Pro helps WooCommerce shop owners find product records and update selected fields in batches. Filter simple and variable products, select records or fields, then make changes in a table. Bulk editing also covers orders and coupons.

Filter products by catalog details

Product filters include ID, title, content, excerpt, slug, SKU, post date, regular price, sale price, sale date, stock quantity, width, height, length, and weight. You can also filter by product type, status, stock status, featured or downloadable status, sold-individually options, backorders, author, catalog visibility, categories, tags, attributes, reviews, and shipping class.

Product types include simple, variable, external or affiliate, and grouped. Status settings include draft, pending, private, and public; stock filters include in stock, out of stock, and on backorder. Enter an ID range or separate IDs with commas. Text fields can match exact content, find included or excluded text, match the beginning or end, or find empty content. Category filters can include subcategories, and global attributes can narrow results by attribute value.

Choose fields and edit in the table

Product fields available for editing include titles, pictures, descriptions, SKUs, slugs, attributes, product URLs, status, prices, sale dates, stock settings, categories, tags, dimensions, upsells, cross-sells, download settings, purchase notes, menu order, reviews, catalog visibility, and shipping class.

Select objects, rows, columns, or the whole table. Right-click to edit, copy and paste values, select a range, or drag the fill handle to apply an edit to other cells. You can undo an update, delete selected objects, sort in ascending or descending order, and use Find and Replace. The Search tool locates fields, and Load variations works with work with product variations.

For orders, filters include ID, title, regular price, sale price, and SKU. Coupons can also be bulk edited.

Pro tools for repeat catalog work

Bulky Pro includes the free-version capabilities, automatic plugin updates, and edit history that records changes. It can bulk edit custom meta fields from third-party extensions. Set how many products appear per page, and save a filter so it remains available after the page reloads.
