Product catalogs in table form
Product Table for WooCommerce Premium lets shop owners create multiple tables of WooCommerce products and add them to pages or posts with a shortcode. A table layout can suit restaurant ordering, wholesale catalogs, books, course booking, music products, and other stores where clients compare or choose several entries.
Choose products and search fields
Set product queries by category, taxonomy, tag, menu order, or price limit. Include or exclude selected products or categories, limit the products shown, and sort results by values. Customers can search or filter by categories, tags, colors, sizes, attributes, custom fields, SKU, and other taxonomy data. Search can be limited to selected product information, such as SKU or price.
Show attributes in their own columns and in the search box. Add custom columns, arrange them by dragging and dropping, and configure each column's design. A description column can display product specifications for comparison.
Variation tables and cart actions
Display each variation of a variable product in a separate row. When Variation Table is enabled and a table is selected, it can replace the default variation dropdown and display the selected table on variable product pages. Variation labels can appear in the table, and product settings can be preselected.
With Quick Order Table, customers add products to the cart by changing quantities. Quantity changes can update the cart. Customize add-to-cart buttons and set the table to redirect customers to the cart or checkout after adding a product. The floating mini cart can be shown or hidden and customized.
Placement and visibility
Add tables to shop, archive, category, tag, and taxonomy areas, as well as individual variation product pages. Archive placement can replace the default archive display, but products still follow the WooCommerce default query and the advanced search box is unavailable on archive pages.
Control which columns customers see based on account status: columns can be hidden from guests or shown only to logged-in users. Other options include instant search, sorting, a load more button, pagination, popup notices, graphical stock status, and audio playback in an audio table. Table data can be exported and imported where the product process supports it.
Shortcode and setup
Create and publish a table, then place its generated shortcode on a page or post. For example: [Product_Table ID='123' name='Table Name']. The ID is required and generated when the table is created; the optional name identifies the shortcode.
To set up a table, install the add-on in WordPress, activate the Premium edition, create a table, configure its products and columns, and add the shortcode to a page or post. Review the table on the storefront and adjust its filters, ordering controls, visibility, and cart behavior for the intended workflow.
Developers can pass query arguments through shortcode attributes and use action and filter hooks to extend functionality.
