Webba Booking Premium and Webba Booking PRO extend the Webba Booking calendar and form for appointments, reservations, hourly or full-day bookings, rentals, classes, and events. Customers select a service and an available date or time, then submit their booking details. Add the form to a WordPress page with a Gutenberg block, Elementor or Divi integration, or shortcode.

The scheduling tools can suit professional services, photographers, cleaning services, caterers, automotive repair businesses, event planners, musicians, classes, and rentals.

Schedules for teams, locations, and demand

Recurring bookings let clients schedule appointments automatically on a repeating basis. Staff management lets you assign services, schedules, and bookings to multiple employees. When a business has more than one location, customers can choose where to book.

Advanced booking rules can adjust prices and availability by time, day, demand, capacity, and other conditions. Use them when a service has various rates or open slots depending on when it is requested.

Payments, calendars, and reminders

Payment settings include PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Square, Mollie, and WooCommerce. Stripe supports more than 100 payment methods. WooCommerce connects bookings to its checkout and supported payment methods. Paid features also include deposits, service fees, and promotional coupons. Tax calculation is available in the free edition.

Google Calendar synchronization is available in the free edition. The paid editions add Apple Calendar and Outlook integrations, including two-way synchronization with Outlook. Appointment reminders can be sent by email or by SMS through Twilio.

Booking details and business tools

Advanced custom form fields can collect details such as comments, dropdown selections, checkboxes, and file uploads. Zoom integration can create video meetings and attach them to booking confirmations. Google Analytics 4 event tracking entries booking and conversion events, while booking statistics help you review activity over time. Email templates can use placeholders to include booking details.

Core booking and paid features

The free edition includes the booking calendar and form, Google Calendar sync, tax calculation, and basic custom form fields. Premium and PRO add tools such as recurring bookings, staff and location management, advanced pricing and availability rules, additional payment and calendar integrations, reminders, and advanced form fields.
