Wallet for WooCommerce Pro

Wallet for WooCommerce Pro extends a digital wallet and shop credit system for WooCommerce. Customers can add funds from their dashboard using supported payment methods, transfer funds by email to other registered visitors, and use wallet credit at checkout. Store owners can credit a customer's wallet when processing a refund.

Using wallet credit at checkout

When the Wallet gateway is enabled, a logged-in customer with an unlocked wallet and enough funds can pay for an entire order with their balance. If partial payment is enabled, wallet funds can cover part of the total and another payment gateway can cover the rest. An auto-deduct setting applies available wallet funds at checkout; when the balance is below the order total, it is used as a partial payment.

Cashback and customer rewards

Set cashback rules by cart total, individual product, or product category, and select which order status triggers the reward. WooCommerce coupons can be converted into wallet rewards. Customers can also receive wallet credit for registering, daily visits, and product reviews. Daily visit rewards are limited to once per calendar day, with an optional first-purchase requirement and monthly cap.

Pro includes milestone and birthday bonuses. Credit a customer's wallet when lifetime spending reaches a threshold you set, and provide a birthday credit once a year.

Pro wallet management

• Let clients request withdrawals from their wallet balance to a bank or another payment method.
• Set expiration dates for wallet balances or cashback.
• Create coupons that customers can redeem into their wallets.
• Import wallet balances and transaction history in bulk from CSV documents.
• Credit AffiliateWP commissions directly to a user's wallet.
• Review breakage and aging reports for credit approaching expiration or considered unlikely to be spent, along with withdrawal and coupon activity.

In the administration area, review user balances and transaction history, adjust balances with notes, and lock or unlock wallets.

Checkout integrations and currencies

Wallet balances, top-ups, transfers, and cashback can be converted using the active currency provider's live rates. Supported currency utilities include YayCurrency, WOOCS, WPML Multilingual and Multi-Currency, CURCY, and Aelia Currency Switcher. A generic fallback can detect the active currency through the woocommerce_currency filter. If conversion is unavailable, it uses the stored amount and records an audit-log warning.

The add-on works with WooCommerce Blocks checkout, WPML, and WooCommerce Subscriptions, with support for Dokan, WCFM, and WCMarketplace.

Installation and setup

Install Wallet for WooCommerce Pro on a WordPress website running WooCommerce. Configure wallet payments, top-ups, cashback rules, transfers, and the Pro options used by your store. Review balances and transaction history in the administration area, then set any needed expiry, withdrawal, coupon, importer, affiliate, or reporting rules.
