SurveyX Builder Pro for WordPress Surveys

SurveyX Builder Pro is a WordPress add-on for building surveys, polls, quizzes, and feedback forms in a visual editor. It suits projects such as customer feedback, HR and event surveys, market research, quizzes, and surveys on education, health, or lifestyle topics. Responses are stored in your WordPress database.

Build a questionnaire that fits

The Pro edition removes the free survey’s one-question limit. Add unlimited questions, arrange them across pages, and use page-by-page navigation. The library has 13 question types, including rating questions, 0-to-10 opinion scales for NPS, matrix or Likert grids, date fields, file uploads, and contact information fields alongside the core options.

Skip logic and branching route respondents according to their answers. Answer recall is also available within the survey experience, so a questionnaire can adapt to earlier selections instead of showing every question to every visitor.

Choose a publishing format

Activate a survey on its own shareable page, with a path such as /survey/123/your-survey-name/. Share that page in an email, newsletter, social post, or QR code. Survey pages include Open Graph and Twitter card tags for link previews, and the URL base can be configured in Settings. Pro also offers a per-survey search-indexing switch and a redirect after submission.

For an existing post, page, or widget, embed a survey with the [surveyx id="X"] shortcode. Gutenberg and Elementor blocks provide page-builder integration.

Review responses and manage the presentation

The analytics dashboard shows responses, completion rate, and drop-off. Autosave revision history lets you restore a recent version. The template library has more than 250 templates for customer feedback, quizzes, personality tests, HR, events, market research, education, health, and lifestyle topics. Six themes provide ready-to-use designs.

The Pro branding option lets you replace the SurveyX credit with your own logo, link, and wording. Unlimited surveys and responses are included without per-response pricing.

Spam protection and translation

Choose built-in Google reCAPTCHA v2, invisible Google reCAPTCHA v3, or Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. The add-on is translation ready and works with WPML and other translation plugins.

Set up and publish

1. Install and activate SurveyX Builder Pro in WordPress.
2. Create a survey in the visual editor, starting from a template or your own questions.
3. Configure navigation, branching, branding, indexing, and submission behavior.
4. Publish the dedicated survey page or add the shortcode or block to your chosen content area.
