Flexible Refund for WooCommerce - EU One Click Return PRO

Flexible Refund PRO organizes customer requests inside WooCommerce. Customers can start from My Account > Orders, provide details in a form, and follow the request status. For withdrawal refunds, the account flow works with one-click submission as part of the EU One Click Return approach.

Refunds depend on what is being returned

A refund request can cover a full order. PRO also lets customers select individual products and quantities for a partial refund. Administrators can review requests manually or enable automatic approval. Approval makes a WooCommerce refund; returning money through a payment gateway depends on that gateway's refund support.

PRO also offers separate Reclamation forms for product complaints and Repair forms. Each request type can have its own options. Approving a Reclamation or Repair request completes that case without processing a monetary refund.

Forms collect details before review

The form builder supports text, textarea, checkbox, radio, and select fields. PRO adds multi-select, upload, and HTML fields. Configure labels, descriptions, required answers, settings, placeholders, CSS classes, and text length limits to fit the information you need for each request.

Upload fields can collect photos and other files, with a configurable file limit, including supporting material for warranty requests. Required checkboxes can ask customers to acknowledge policies. You can link a policy page and include policy links in request emails. Shipping cost settings can exclude shipping, include it automatically, or let the customer select.

Availability follows shop rules

Set refund button visibility for selected visitor roles, order statuses, products, product categories, or payment methods. Product and category conditions can use ANY or ALL matching. You can limit new requests to a period measured from the order date in hours, days, weeks, months, or years.

Guest customers can submit public forms after verifying the order reference and billing email address. An access-key link sent by email lets them check request status. Account customers who open a public request page are directed to log in. PRO provides separate shortcodes for Refund, Reclamation, and Repair forms, and can create missing request pages or assign pages you already have.

Requests stay in WooCommerce

Administrators can review submitted products and customer answers, change request status, and add customer notes from the request management page or the order edit screen. Multiple requests for an order can be viewed and managed independently. Account customers can cancel a request while its status is Requested or Verifying.

Customer emails can confirm submissions and report status changes. Customize email subjects, headings, and content with order and request placeholders. Administrators can receive new request notifications and choose their recipients.

PRO also adds a button for customers to cancel Pending payment and On hold orders from My Account. Stores using WooCommerce Subscriptions and Flexible Subscriptions can manage returns for subscription orders.
