Choose what each WordPress admin list shows
Admin Columns Pro lets you organize information in list tables for posts, pages, custom post types, visitors, media, comments, and taxonomies. Choose from more than 200 column types, including custom fields, taxonomies, file data, images, dates, colors, and relational fields. Reorder columns with drag and drop or resize them to fit the information.
For example, show featured images, custom fields, and taxonomies alongside posts. Add file size, dimensions, or EXIF data to the Media Library, or show visitor roles and metadata on the Users screen. Supported custom field formats include text, numbers, dates, images, URLs, true or false values, and relationships to posts, users, or media.
Find and update entries in the list
Sort by columns and narrow results with stackable smart filters. Conditions can include checks such as “contains,” “before,” or “is greater than.” Save filters as segments and share them with your team.
Inline editing lets you change titles, custom fields, taxonomies, and other supported information from the list table. Bulk editing applies supported changes to multiple items. Conditional formatting can color rows and cells according to rules, and CSV export offers a portable view of the information. You can also import or export column sets between sites or team members.
Use data from supported add-ons
Integrations include Advanced Custom Fields, WooCommerce, Yoast SEO, Toolset Types, and Pods. They support processes such as displaying and editing ACF fields, viewing WooCommerce product and order columns, reviewing Yoast SEO scores and metadata, and working with fields, relationships, and content types from supported extensions.
Configure columns for your process
Install Admin Columns Pro, then open Settings > Admin Columns in WordPress. Choose a supported administration screen, add the fields and metadata you need, and arrange the columns. Apply Pro features such as filtering, editing, conditional formatting, or export where they fit the task.
The add-on is open source and can be extended with actions and filters to register custom column types, change output, or connect other extensions. Developers can register column configurations in PHP for version-controlled setups, and Pro can save configurations to PHP.
