Product Feed for WooCommerce Pro uses WooCommerce catalog data to make product feeds for marketplaces, shopping services, social catalogs, and advertising channels. Choose a feed format, select products and fields, then apply filters to shape the catalog data in the generated feed.
Available formats are XML, CSV, XLSX, and TXT. Supported channels include Google Merchant Center, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, Bing, Idealo, Pricespy, Skroutz, Shopzilla, and other supported channels.
Set the products and fields for each feed
Advanced filters determine which products enter a feed. Include or exclude products using category, price range, stock status, attributes, and other product criteria. Rules can vary by product field, allowing separate feeds for different channels or product groups.
- Include products from selected categories.
- Exclude products that do not meet a price or stock condition.
- Filter products by attributes.
- Apply different rules to different product fields.
Refresh catalog data
The Pro version can update feed data dynamically when prices, stock levels, or other product details change in WooCommerce. For scheduled refreshes, it also offers Server Cron, so feed updates can be part of the shop's maintenance process.
Prepare feeds for channel services
For Google Shopping, generate a product feed and upload it to Google Merchant Center separately. The add-on does not send the Google feed directly from WooCommerce. For Facebook, the product catalog sync option connects WooCommerce products with Facebook Business Catalog Manager for a Facebook shop catalog and product data for Instagram. Product synchronization can also be used with Facebook dynamic ads. Feed support is also listed for Pinterest, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, Bing, and other channels.
Set up and generate a feed
Install the plugin in the WooCommerce store. Choose a sales channel and feed format, select the products and fields to include, configure any advanced filters, and generate the feed. For Facebook catalog synchronization, connect the store with Facebook Business Catalog Manager. For Google Shopping, upload the generated feed to Google Merchant Center. Configure Server Cron in the Pro version if regular scheduled refreshing is needed.
