Which files can visitors view?

Where can you choose files?
Use supported files from the WordPress Media Library, or choose files from Google Drive with its native picker, Dropbox with the Dropbox chooser, or OneDrive. Before using Google Drive or Dropbox, configure the site-wide cloud options: Google API key, Client ID, and Project Number, or Dropbox App Key. Grouped block panels organize the source, viewer, dimensions, and restrictions.
When should you use PDF.js?
The Custom PDF Viewer uses PDF.js to render PDFs on your own server. Its toolbar includes zoom, page navigation, thumbnails, and search within the document. Microsoft Office Web Viewer and Google Docs Viewer render through external services that fetch the document from its public URL, so files used with those viewers need to be publicly reachable.
Which viewer controls are available?
Set custom width and height in pixels or percentages, with responsive behavior on desktop, tablet, and mobile. You can show or conceal the filename and a download button above the viewer. Other settings disable pop-outs, remove the full-screen expand control, or hide the download and full-screen buttons in the Microsoft viewer toolbar.
Content protection can disable right-click and block the Ctrl/Cmd+C, A, S, and P shortcuts. These settings deter common browser actions, but they cannot prevent copying content that a browser can show.
How do you add a document?
Install and activate Document Viewer Pro. Configure the required Google Drive or Dropbox API settings if you plan to use either source. In WordPress, go to Office Viewer > Add New, choose the file source, and set the viewer, dimensions, and available restrictions. Add the Gutenberg block to a post or page; it supports wide and full-width alignment. Or generate the [office_doc] shortcode and place it in content, a widget, a page builder, or a theme template with do_shortcode().
