Quotes for WooCommerce Pro: Quote Requests and Orders
Quotes for WooCommerce Pro helps administrators handle products with custom pricing or customer-specific purchasing arrangements. Depending on the configuration, the shop can hide a product price and replace Add to Cart with Request Quote. Quoting can apply to selected products or individual variations, and a quantity condition can activate it automatically for a product.

- Enable quotes for selected products or variations.
- Activate quotes automatically when a product reaches a defined quantity condition.
- Allow quote requests for out-of-stock or back-ordered products.
Customers can request a quote while an item is unavailable. When it returns to stock, the plugin can send the customer a quotation email.
Choose how clients shop
Stores can offer quote products and purchasable products in the same cart, with regular orders and quote requests available in one store. When the Request Quote form is enabled, a single product page can display Request Quote beside the standard WooCommerce Add to Cart button. Product settings determine whether a customer can request a quote, make a regular purchase, or use both settings.
WordPress user roles can control how the quote button appears. For example, a store can direct wholesale customers toward quotes while allowing retail customers to order the same products normally.
Price and complete quote requests
A quote request does not collect payment at checkout. The administrator reviews the request, sets the order price, finalizes the quote, and notifies the customer by email. The customer can then pay through the email link or from the My Account page. Automated quote emails support communication during this process, and requests are managed from a unified page.
Administrators can set custom pricing for individual orders and handle quote requests alongside regular orders. Once a quotation is agreed, the request can be converted into a WooCommerce order with one click.
Install and configure
Install and activate Quotes for WooCommerce Pro on a WordPress website running WooCommerce 4.0 or higher. Configure which products, variations, quantity conditions, stock states, and user roles use quotes, then enable the Request Quote form and set the relevant rules. Administrators can manage each request, finalize its price, and email the customer to continue toward payment.
