NP Quote Request for WooCommerce Premium Extension extends NP Quote Request for WooCommerce for stores that handle quote requests alongside regular purchases. Choose normal checkout, Request for Quote (RFQ) checkout, or options that let customers buy or request a quote under configured conditions.
Product eligibility and checkout choices
Enable quote requests for selected simple or variable products, or for all product types. In normal checkout mode, customers can purchase products with visible prices and request quotes for eligible products. They can submit selected products or their cart as a quote request. For quoteable products in normal mode, you can show prices while hiding add-to-cart controls. RFQ checkout routes the cart through the quote process; prices are hidden by default, with an option to show them. Checkout settings can let customers buy now or request a quote, based on a minimum condition or the products in the cart.
Price visibility and quote-request access can be limited by visitor role or IP address. Another option lets customers complete checkout without payment, after which an administrator can convert the order to a quote request and email the customer.
How requests become proposals
Submitted quote requests are saved as orders and appear in the RFQ list for management. A shop manager can write a proposal in a request, optionally include a payment link, and set its status to Quote Sent. The customer receives an email notification and can follow the link to pay. Customers can also submit a bid with a quote request or reply to a proposal with a note through the response link in the email.
Confirmation and quote-sent emails can be resent from order actions. Email content can be customized, including by product, and the reply-to address can be set to the customer's email. Automatic quote expiration or cancellation can be configured by number of days.
Customer requests and staff access
Customers can save favorite products for a later purchase or quote request. Add-to-Quote controls can include a quantity box on archive and category pages, and a shortcode with a quantity box is available. The quote request page can include custom HTML above and below its content, additional required fields such as phone, ZIP, or state, and account creation controls. Custom fields can also be added to checkout with Ninja Forms. A widget can be created for enquiries, and RFQ mode can be made conditional with code.
Staff mode can let sales staff see prices on the front end while logged in as customers, based on IP address. Role controls also determine who sees prices.
Store management and compatibility
Administrators can enable or disable RFQ for all products or a category, set defaults for new products, make orders from RFQs, and view the RFQ list. The extension is compatible with WooCommerce Product Add-ons and has improved integration with Astra and QuickView plugins. Other product option builders may integrate in RFQ mode; compatibility testing in the free version is recommended.
