Gutena Forms Pro is the paid edition of a WordPress form builder for contact, survey, feedback, booking, appointment, enquiry, and custom forms created in the block editor. Start with a ready-made template or arrange drag-and-drop fields. Forms are responsive, and the add-on does not use jQuery. Styling controls cover colors, borders, corner radius, typography, spacing, and layout. Add unlimited core blocks inside a form when it needs more structure or content.

Fields for different kinds of input

Standard field types include text, number, range, text area, email, dropdown, radio, checkbox, and an opt-in checkbox for privacy and terms consent. Gutena Forms Pro adds file upload, date and time pickers, star ratings, phone, country and state selectors, URL, hidden, and masked password fields. A Step Break field divides a long form into multiple steps, with options for step titles, progress indicators, and navigation buttons.

How submissions are managed

Gutena Forms Pro stores submissions as database entries that you can review in the entry management dashboard. Filters help find entries; tags and statuses help organize follow-up. Add notes to entries and use visitor access control to define who can access form data. A weekly Pro report summarizes form submissions over time.

Notifications and integrations

Configure email notifications, custom confirmation messages, redirection, and error messages for form submissions. The broader feature set includes field validation, Google reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile, and honeypot spam protection. Premium integrations include Brevo, Mailchimp, and Active Campaign.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration gives compatible AI clients read-only access to form lists and submission details. It uses WordPress Application Passwords for authentication and limits access to administrators with the manage_options permission.

Build, configure, review

Choose a template or insert the Gutena Forms block, arrange fields, and adjust the form's layout and styling in the editor. Add core blocks where needed, then configure notifications and confirmation behavior. After submissions arrive, use the dashboard to review entries, apply filters, organize them with tags and statuses, and add notes.
