ELEX WooCommerce Catalog Mode, Wholesale & Role Based Pricing
ELEX WooCommerce Catalog Mode, Wholesale & Role Based Pricing Premium combines catalog presentation controls with pricing rules for WooCommerce stores. Catalog mode can hide product prices, remove the Add-to-Cart button, or replace the standard purchase button with a custom one. For selected products, that button can link to a custom URL, including a destination on another site or an affiliate website. Controls are available on product pages and the shop page, letting clients view products, follow another sales channel, or make an enquiry instead of using the regular cart action.

Pricing and visibility follow store rules
The Premium capability set includes role-based, wholesale, category, and customer-specific pricing, along with WooCommerce request-a-quote functionality and role-based sales tax options. A store can use catalog mode for users while applying separate pricing rules to approved roles, wholesale customers, or specific customers. Individual products can also be hidden from selected visitor roles.
- Set role-based prices on product pages for simple and variable products.
- Apply a discount or markup only to the sale price.
- Use simple, variable, and grouped products.
- Add or remove WordPress and WooCommerce user roles.
- Hide individual products from selected user roles.
- Use additional customization options on individual product pages.
When catalog controls help
Catalog mode can help while prices are being revised, stock information is being updated, or a store chooses not to show prices to certain visitors. The store can keep products visible while replacing standard ordering controls with a custom button or an invitation to enquire. For products sold through another channel, a custom button can direct customers from the shop page to an external or affiliate destination.
Compatibility and support
The Premium feature set includes WordPress Multilingual (WPML) support, compatibility updates, bug fixes, and Premium Support. The product information also lists a Premium live demo.
Installation and configuration
Install the plugin in WordPress and configure catalog mode, buttons, product visibility, and pricing rules for the store. Start with the general catalog settings, then adjust individual product pages, user roles, categories, or customer-specific options as needed.
After setting the rules, review product pages and the shop page to check button, price, and visibility behavior. Refine role-based prices, discounts, markups, tax options, and request-a-quote settings as the WooCommerce process develops.
