Map WooCommerce data to channel feeds

CTXFeed Pro prepares product data for shopping, advertising, marketplace, and social commerce channels. Choose a template for destinations such as Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, Snapchat, and Pinterest, then map WooCommerce fields to the attributes each feed needs. Export feeds as XML, CSV, TSV, XLS, TXT, or JSON. Custom XML templates let you define a feed structure when a pre-built template does not fit.

Batch processing works with background feed generation and is designed to reduce timeouts. Scheduled updates can refresh prices and availability in generated feeds.

Choose products and shape feed data

Advanced filters include or exclude products by category, stock status, price range, product type, individual product selection, or other conditions. Dynamic attributes let you create custom fields in the feed configuration and combine multiple product fields.

• Transformations: Apply price markups or markdowns, string replacement, conditional logic, and pattern-based rules.
• Feed formatting: Remove HTML from descriptions, optimize image URLs, format prices by locale, map availability statuses, customize category paths, and add UTM parameters.
• Vendor feeds: Generate vendor-specific feeds for supported multi-vendor setups, including Dokan, WCFM Marketplace, WC Vendors, MultiVendorX, and WC Marketplace.

Support for channels and product types

Google feed fields include titles, descriptions, links, pictures, prices, sale prices, availability, condition, brand, GTIN, MPN, SKU, EAN, UPC, shipping, tax, custom labels, and Google Product Category mapping. Local Inventory Ads and Google Promotions feed support are also included.

CTXFeed Pro supports simple, variable, grouped, external or affiliate, subscription, bundle, and composite products. Pro support includes multilingual and multi-currency integrations for WPML, Polylang, TranslatePress, Weglot, and CURCY, along with separate product IDs for online and in-shop items. WooCommerce Subscriptions support includes subscription cost, billing period mapping, and recurring price feeds.

Social commerce processes include Facebook and Instagram catalog feeds, TikTok Seller Center feeds, and Snapchat support. Feed output can strip HTML and shortcodes, use schema-compliant formatting, and prepare semantic product data.

Configure and deliver a feed

Install CTXFeed Pro on the WooCommerce site that handles the catalog. Select a channel template or create a custom XML structure, choose an export format, map product attributes, and apply filters. Review transformations, then schedule updates when regular synchronization is needed.

After configuration, use FTP or SFTP auto-upload or connect to Merchant Center through the Google Content API where appropriate. CTXFeed Pro includes priority email support. Help materials include a getting started guide, video tutorials, a knowledge base, and a support forum.
