Contact Form Zoho Premium: WordPress CRM integration

Contact Form Zoho Premium sends submissions from supported WordPress form add-ons to Zoho CRM and Bigin. Supported add-ons include Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms, Ninja Forms, Formidable Forms, and Contact Forms Entries Plugin, along with other supported contact form plugins. Connect one or more Zoho accounts and create a feed for each form you want to use. A feed maps submitted values to fields and objects such as Contacts, Accounts, Leads, Orders, and Cases.

Map fields and manage entries

Premium mapping includes custom Zoho CRM fields, custom modules, and phone fields across Zoho objects. You can also set Lead Source and Status in Zoho CRM. Other record utilities let you send Zoho CRM attachments and tags, assign objects to Zoho Tasks, set an object owner in Zoho CRM, use Zoho Object Layouts and approval mode, or add an object as a campaign member in Zoho. You can create or update an account and assign it to another object.

The create-or-update process checks whether an entry already exists in Zoho CRM. It updates an existing entry when one is found; otherwise, it creates a record. This can associate repeat form submissions with an existing CRM entry.

Add submission context

Premium features can include Google Analytics parameters and visitor geolocation with submitted form data. Lookup tools can retrieve a lead’s email address and phone number through email and phone lookup APIs. You can filter submissions based on visitor input and send data as notes to a Zoho object. Notes can combine one or more form fields and be associated with Contacts, Accounts, Leads, Orders, or Cases.

Review and send submissions

Detailed Zoho Logs display whether each submission was sent, and you can resend entries from the logs. Manual submission sending is also supported.

Installation and setup

First install Contact Form 7 or another supported form extension, then install Contact Form Zoho Premium. In the Zoho Accounts area, add a Zoho account using the available API key connection. Next, create a feed in Zoho Feeds, select the form and Zoho object, and map the fields. Submit a test entry and check Zoho Logs to confirm the result.
