OpenAI and DialogFlow cannot be used together in the same setup.

External AI connections require an enabled provider and your own API key. When visitors chat or content is generated, the selected service receives chat messages and prompts, along with any site content you choose to use for training. The visual Automator combines triggers, actions and conditions in a drag-and-drop process builder. Triggers include WordPress actions, WooCommerce events and form submissions. Available actions include creating customers, sending emails, updating posts and managing products. Add filters and conditional logic, test workflows before activation, then organize, activate, deactivate or duplicate them in the workflow manager.
