Wheel of Life Pro Coaching Assessment Plugin

Place assessments alongside coaching content

Career, health, and life coaches can use Wheel of Life Pro to give users and clients a visual way to review important areas of life. The results offer a broad view of how balanced participants feel and can prompt reflection or a follow-up conversation. Add assessments to relevant posts and pages with a shortcode or button block. The add-on is designed to work with any WordPress theme.

Configure assessments and revisit results

Create unlimited assessments, adjust each wheel’s appearance and colors, and select from three chart types. Chart options can be configured independently for each assessment. Participants can take an assessment more than once, so they can revisit their views of various life areas over time.

Give participants ways to continue

• Add a call to action at the end of an assessment to direct visitors toward coaching services or appointment booking.
• Participants can share results on social media or send them to their email for future reference.
• Visitors can register on the site, take assessments from their profile, and view their assessment history.

Review member activity and share resources

From the dashboard, review registered visitors’ profiles, assessment histories, and progress. Assessment analytics display the total number taken, which assessments are popular, and who recently completed one. You can also add resources to registered users’ dashboards to support your coaching work and potentially generate additional leads.

Customize the email templates used for registration messages, forgotten-password emails, and assessment reports.

Set up the coaching workflow

Install Wheel of Life Pro on your WordPress website, make an assessment, and customize its appearance, colors, chart type, and call to action. Add it to a post or page with a shortcode or button block. If your workflow includes visitor accounts, enable registration and review member activity from the dashboard.
